1. I had a scheduled appointment for B17 and came in at 12:22PM and needed my vehicle back by 4PM. They did not do the brake fluid service.
2. Did not receive the MPI document with my B1 service. I had to request this from the technician. He seemed to be in a rush to complete it. I was told it would be texted to me but it never came so I had to drive back to Norm Reeves to pick it up.
3. When I compared my MPI document last time I was at Norm Reeves Honda back

One of the top reasons for having my automobiles serviced with Norm Reeves is the complementary service (e. g. Pastry and coffee in the waiting room, free car wash) that was provided before COVID. Since we are three years past the major virus outbreak and retail services have fully re-opened, now is a good time to re-start the complementary services. Service was friendly, prompt and expensive. Had complementary services been provided, I would have had a better experience overall and I would look forward to my next visit.
