Jonathan was great; you service manger Micheal was Today on August 24, 2023, I brought my car to Norm Reeves at 10 a.m. for a standard oil change. I spoke to a service advisor by the name of Jonathan Romero, at 12:16 p.m., and I was advised that my car was ready. When I got in my car, I noticed that the hood appeared to look open/or unsecured. I took the car porter that the hood was not closed. He asked that I open the hood and again the hood would not close. I got the service advisor Jonathan Romero. He said that he would take the car back to the tech that worked on the car. He came back with car and advice there was nothing to be done, and asked if the car was in an acident. I confirm no, since I have owned the car. He later insinuated that the car was damaged before bringing the car. I advise that he should take a look at survieillance, he recommend a body shop I can take it too. I told him that I will not be taking possession of car. I am taking in condition that I brought my car. They said that I can wait, because no cars were avai]ble, at this time. I spoke to Michael Vasquez and he check the car and said that they fix the car, that the hing was bend because of a rubber piece under the hood. He slammed by hood three time to show that I closed it.
