Poor communication from Jonathan Romero. He did not communicate to let me know my car was ready and I waited a total of 6 hours when the original time estimate was 3 hours. I approached his desk and he was not available, another service rep assisted and found my key sitting on his desk. Also, my alignment was declined just because I did not purchase tires. In that case my wait time should have been less. Please accommodate a discount for future service, this was a very frustrating experience.

As a long story short…. As a loyal customer of over 10 years, I have received services for multiple cars of mine. I have also recommended others to get their services here at this location. But I will not be returning after today. I was not satisfied with my customer service experience. A gentleman named Miguel Cabrera assisted me today, and not only was I belittled and not taken seriously, your employee accused me of giving false information. He refused to look into my information and see that I have an extended warranty, he continued to shut down the thought of it and repeat prices as if I was a cash paying customer. After I repeatedly asked him to look into it,(I even provided a phone number for him to call) he finally called and agreed that I in fact DO HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or misunderstanding.
