Trevor Rodriquez gave me good answers to my questions and when it was discovered my car had a serious problem he sought me out to see the actual problem and talk with the mechanic so that I had a good picture of the problem and the work necessary for correction. Complete lack of communication from the service team in regards to a part that was delayed for 4 months. It was only when I called to let them know that the car was inoperable did anyone take action. When I did arrive to drop off the car the service consultant Phon was completely unapologetic in regards to the situation and lacked customer skills. However I was not surprised by this given the voicemail he left a few days prior. Definitely will be reaching out to American Honda regarding my experience with both Norm Reeves and the service advisor.

The person that helped me took an extra hour and a half to return my vehicle, didn’t bother to give me any update on the vehicle until I approached him twice the rest of the time I felt ignored. The car was ready a good 45 minutes, I saw it **** by until he decided to help me. Just pay and give me paperwork. First time bad service out of all the times I’ve been here in 6 years.
