I was there for an oil change. I was given an estimate of 2 hour wait time. It ended up being 5 hours instead. That is unacceptable!!!! Us customers have lives too and other things to do and should not have to spend more than half of a working day at the dealer for an oil change. I am or coming back there. And that was with an appointment. You all need to do a MUCH better job of scheduling only as many cars as you can actually handle or at least be realistic as to what a customer should expect. What happened today was disrespectful, and shoed no regard for my time.

One thing I hate the most and I’m sure I’m not the only one is. Why give to many people appointments if you guys don’t have enough staffing working. I had my appointment at 8:30am and didn’t get my car until like 11:15am. Really bad customer service. Get less cars and make us happy. It’s a shame the waiting time. I’m really mad and upset for the waiting time period. But when we’re buying new cars you guys are all over customers. But the for service the opposite. Sad mad and do something about it
