At the time of check out I was informed of an additional problem with my car. There was an issue with my sway bar and there was a leak. I was told everyone was busy it was overlooked but it was not a big deal and could address it next time. I’ve been coming to this norm reeves Honda service location for a long time. I love the service but not this time. I also looked at my multi point inspection list and it reflects there is an issue with the shock absorbers. I’m not sure it both issues are related but no further details were given. I came back on July 17th and I was given a price and a brief acknowledgement of my problem with the last multi inspection report. Not sure what to expect. I know the greeters are not mechanics but some additional knowledge about the questions that I have would be appreciated or the person can ask for help to find out more.

I waited for 2 hrs for an oil change with appointment. After I’m done with my oil change they forgot to reset the maintenance required on the dashboard. I was halfway to my house and I have to go back for a reset. When I came back told the attendants that the mechanic forgot to reset the maintenance required, he told me that there are students who’s working on cars in the shop. Who would like students working on your car. You went to dealer so professional mechanic would work on your car not students
