I did not like leaving my car overnight when I brought it in at 10 for a 10:20 appointment. This was not Rueben’s fault.
When scheduling an appointment I would have appreciated being told that due to the complexity of my safety recall repair an earlier appointment would be necessary to complete the repair by the end of the business day.
Again, this was not Rueben’s fault as he quickly called me at 12:10 to say it would not be ready by 5 like he told me. Rueben was professional and had excellent customer service skills.
