Out of courtesy, if the car diagnostic is going to take 4-6 hours and the customer has told you they plan to wait there ask them/tell them that’s how long it’s going to be so they know that it’s not a simple task, they can probably reconsider waiting at the lobby and just go home. If I have to come and ask, then I’m told nonchalantly that it was going to take about 6 hours, as if this was common knowledge, is a different level of unprofessionalism. Do better.

I bought a brand new car on June 7 and have had to bring it in for service twice since then. Disappointed in that and the fact that I had to beg Miguel for a loaner car, which I was denied. He didn’t seem interested in my story or my situation. He didn’t direct me to anyone to speak to. I had to advocate for myself. Thankful to Kevin for stepping in and providing me assistance with a loaner right away. Michael was able to get me checked in and in a loaner vehicle in no time at all. Disappointed that I needed them to. Trevor provided excellent customer service on both occasions.
