I wasn’t contacted beforehand for payment authorization to replace air filter. It was removed from my invoice but it’s bothersome when an additional fee is added without customer consent beforehand. This hasn’t happened before. I was told I authorized it online but this wasn’t the case. Service too longer than I was told and no update was given. In addition, shortly after I left service department, I noticed my check tire pressure light up. Again, this hasn’t happened before and I’ve serviced my vehicle many times. When reviewing my invoice, I don’t see any indication that my tires were rotated or that the tires pressure were set as regulated. I’ll be expecting a call back to further discuss my concerns.

At 12:20 pm, Manny assured me that my car would be ready for pickup within an hour. I arrived at 1:40 pm and my car was not ready until 2:20 pm. If the car needed extra work, Manny should have told me to not come get the car until the extra work was completed. This wouldn’t have been a problem if Manny had called me as soon as the service technicians realized that my windshield wiper insert replacement request was more complicated than just changing them. He should have called and asked what I wanted to do as soon as he knew my request to change the blades was more complicated. Instead, he told me about this when he called to tell me to come get my car and then, when I agreed to spend extra money to get the Honda blades installed, he should have told me not to come until he called me.
