I’m super disappointed with my visit.
My dad wanted to browse for a new car after picking my car up, but after my experiences here I no longer recommend this dealer to anyone. Manny my service advisor, gave me my key and told me that my car was parked on the right hand side and I couldn’t find it.
It just felt like I was bothering him. I work at AT&T and I understand how hard customer care can be, but I honestly regret purchasing a Honda. It’s okay I will no longer be a customer at this location.
