I felt I was taken advantange..of being old I took a coupon to change the oil...with a lot of services provided on that coupon...then I was charged $167 for all the things it was on the also coupon also on the bill said I rid I refused to add brake fluid and I was never called...when I picked up the car an I asked about the coupon I was told that I signed...I never had a problem before...but this time I was very disappointed...I don't know if I will take these again

I initially scheduled my appointment for an oil change. The service representative somehow bamboozled me into getting a maintenance package. They said the tired would be checked and rotated and brakes would be serviced. I responded I get my tires rotated complimentary from the vendor I bought my tires from but could use service on my brakes. Well little did I know they don’t actually do anything to your brakes besides “clean” them and texted me brake fluids are an additional cost. Completely scammed.
