It was recently called to my attention that Honda had extended the warranty on the headlights on my 2016 Honda Accord. Shortly thereafter my drivers side headlight went out. When we brought it in to have it fixed I didn’t realize that they’d only change that one. My car looks terrible, one brand new one and the other lens cover is totally fogged over….really, sooo stupid. I think you could do better!

Hi, I was not completely satisfied with my visit yesterday. I went in with 3 concerns but was only able to get two done because each diagnostic was 169.00 each. I went with only one which was my main concern . I filled my gas tank and I noticed that the gas was leaking from the rear tire. I tried to explain but they said they had to run a whole test. So a few hours later I waited patiently they couldn’t find anything but I still had to pay for one hour of labor. The representative told me if it happens again to bring it back. So after I went to fill up my gas tank and it happened again where it spilled the gas near the back tire, this time I caught it on video . I looked closer and I noticed that there is a reservoir inside the gas tank to let go of the excess gas. I wish the mechanic and the advisor would have told me that this was normal when the gas was topped off. I looked and saw that the reservoir was there for a reason. I paid 169.00 for something that I had to figure out myself and I feel that they should have told me about this feature before we had agreed in me paying the labor cost. I am not sure if the mechanic or the advisor were not Knowledgeable enough about the vehicle. I just bought the car from next door from the service area and I thought I could trust Honda with a simple question and not having to pay almost 200.00 for something that could have been explained at the beginning.
