service rep has really bad customer service skills. When I was checking in & discussing what type of service I wanted, someone asked her a question and she told them " I'll help you once I'm done with THIS ONE". I felt so disrespected who does she think she is to call me, "THIS ONE"? She's also not knowledgeable with any of the services.
