I am in complete disgust with the culture of "lets charge our customers the most money we can." I came in for an oil change ($59.95) and a tire rotation ($29.99) total $89.94 (not including tax). But Miguel Cabrera wanted to charge me for a $124.95 A1/B1 service although I just had A1/B1 service preformed on 11/17/2023, but I was like "no biggie." Appointment was scheduled for 3pm, I received my car at 5:30ish with no rotation of tires because "there are new." I explicitly told Miguel to have the mechanics rotate my tires as I have a long driving trip tomorrow. I rotate my tires to prolong the life of my tires, who cares if there are new! WASTE of TIME! Incompetent and wanted to cut corners. Why I am paying higher prices for a so-called high quality establishment if they're performing like a mom-and-pop establishment!!?? If you were not going to rotate my tires, why was I charged for an A1/B1 service!? And what took so long? Plus, I did not even receive my window wipers, again why was I waiting so long for??? I am convince that Honda is an establishment that favors the care of latinx folks, very disappointment!

He resolved my worries about driver side window problem which was bothering me and caused me to worried about my safety all the time I was using my car. It was bothering me a lot for past several months after my last visit of Honda Service center in 2023.
However, I am so happy to driving my car again after Joseph checked my car and appreciating about all his hard works. Joseph was throughly checked & inspected my car even after he received completion report. He also kept giving me updates every time I saw him.
I am very happy to met him again, and I won't hesitating my visit to Honda Cerritos Service center to get advices and services to maintaining my car is in good condition.
