I am satisfied with my service experience, however, I mentioned to my service advisor that there was a coupon on the website for the service that was performed and he agreed. After I paid for the service, I looked at my receipt when I got home and saw that the discount was not applied to the service, I paid regular the regular price instead of the discounted price ????

Trevor provided a great price for services needed on my 2015 Honda Civic that my daughter will drive when she gets her license in three months. Since we live about 30 minutes away, Trevor provided a loaner car while my car was being serviced. When I returned after the repairs were completed, Trevor had inputted everything into the system so all I had to do is pay the bill. I’m very satisfied!

ONLY Trust is not important customer satisfaction makes customer happy is more important. Joseph Vergas is not in the list. Last week I give positive feedback but this time I don’t know what happened to him from drop off to pickup is attitude is horrible. He or system text me last pickup is 5:15 pm at drop off time I asked who much time it’s take and he said should be ready 5:30 or 5:45 pm and I received massage 5:49pm to my car get ready to go home. Haha and I give reply I’m on my way 5:54 pm and in between he called and and yelled at me and hang up the phone. I was there 6:03 pm and he showed me watch I’m three mins late. WOW !!!! I don’t want go back in Norms Honda Cerritos

I had checked in around 10:20am Aaron helped me he didn’t give me a time frame at all what so ever. It was around 12:10pm when I decided to go look for him to ask him about my vehicle. As I was waiting I saw my vehicle with the hood popped open and about 5 workers around it 1 was going inside while laughing into my passenger seat. You’re telling me it took a whole 2 hours to get the vehicle on that **** machine? Wtf is an appointment for? If I knew it was gonna take that damn long I would’ve made the appointment at 12:10pm. Now if you ask me ain’t nothing funny when you got a customer sweating because it’s hot outside cramping because of a menstrual cycle no time frame on when her vehicle would be ready for an OIL CHANGE. That worker is real lucky I ain’t go crack a joke about him losing his job for laughing like a dumb **** instead of doing his job. Would’ve had him laughing for a real good reason.
