My car was driven 72 miles (contradicting the 12 miles on the paperwork) to try to find a reported issue. The technician wasn’t able to replicate the issue but after driving 72 miles left my car on empty with my gas light on. Upon picking up my car I had to drive straight to the gas station and was almost late picking my son up from school. That is very poor customer service.

Leo is definitely an excellent service manager. He is patience and explains everything well in detail until you understand it. I am not a trusting person in general but I trust Leo completely. The work I had done this time around was major repairs and not without a price but I know it had to be done no matter what and no matter where I got it repaired. It was one of those things.....it was just about time!! My ultimate decision to have the work done there was because of Leo. You're lucky to have him!

While the work the technician completed seems to be satisfactory. I was disappointed in a few items of customer service.
1. Your website states that the dealership would give you a ride somewhere local. ( I just needed to go to enterprise) I was informed that you don’t do that anymore, I based my drop off plans on this statement. I was met with indifference by Ramiro . His response “ ah it’s just down the street “ . Gee thanks for helping me.
2. I received a text message regarding items that were needed. I would have expected a phone call.
3. I called the following morning for a status and Ramiro was not in yet, fine I asked the person to have him call me when he arrived so we could discuss the outcome of my service before I came to pick it up. All I received was a text saying my car was done. Not a phone call as requested.
When I picked up my car of course he was nowhere to be found.
This is the third vehicle I have purchased in the last 7 years that I have purchased from the Norm Reeves group. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but I do expect to have the basics of customer service.
