Had appt for Maintenance minder A1 and a recall on my 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid (I have a American Motor Honda corporate vehicle). The service advisor told me the wait was roughl 3 hours. Instead, I ended up waiting a little over 5 hours! Nobody gave me an update..I had to go to the service advisor twice and finally the Service manager at the 4th hour of waiting. I did not get the initial greeting text that customers receive when they check in their car. I alerted the service advisor about it but it was dismissed. After I complained, they just apologized. I told them that Recalls flat time rate was .7 or 42 minutes of labor, while my Maintenance minder A1 was about the same. I do not believe that my car was being worked on for the entire 5 hours. If anything, it was sitting there for hours not being worked on. Also, I do not like how they do not use plastic covers for the driver side seat when working on someone's car. Other Honda dealerships put a plastic cover over the driver side seat for protection and hygiene. This dealership says that they do not offer shuttle service or Uber rides back home. However other Honda dealerships do. I was surprised because this is supposed to be a major dealership not some backwoods Honda dealership.
