I paid for a $128 oil change thinking it would include checking and adding air to my tires. I got the check tire pressure light as I was driving away and I could not turn around as I have a busy day. I tried leaving a voicemail and it did not work to Aaron. This is infuriating as I come to Honda and expect great customer service, and I have been a loyal customer since I have gotten my car in 2017. I expect a phone call back from this error.

My service was pretty good. Very communicative throughout the process with updates. One minor issue was the finalization of payment and reviewing the overall service. I didn’t get the inspection report of what they fixed and what to look out next time.
