My appointment was 7:40am, I got there 7:30am. Jonathan Romero was my advisor and he wrote the ticket up and ask was I leaving my car or waiting I said waiting he said it would be a couple of hours. Therefore I waited a couple of hours as I was sitting there I notice my car exiting the service department I didn’t say anything because I wasn’t sure so I continued to sit there until I received a text message. Never received my text message so I walked over to Jonathan and I ask was my car ready he stated yes and it was in the back. He then comes back to me and handed my keys and said your car is in the front.. In the pouring rain I had to go and find my car myself.. the moral of the story is my car was finished, and I never received a text message to say my car was done. Therefore, I sat there and sat there without no communication from Jonathan. Not a happy customer.

I left my car on Monday, 3/18 at 11:30a. I had a bad experience with the service rep and tried contacting a manager. I was told the manager would call me back but never received a call back. I waited all day for updates on my car and never received any. I called at 5:15p to get an update and Michael Barr told me that he thought I had already picked up my vehicle. I asked him why would he assume that if I never received updates and he never released my vehicle to me. He said, “well I heard you wanted to speak to my manager so I was under the impression that you picked it up”. My car was never serviced but was at the dealer ALL DAY. His response to realizing that I never picked up my car was, “I will just get the battery switched quickly but you need to be here before 6p”. I questioned him and asked if my oil was changed and if my car was even looked at. He said they didn’t have time for that anymore but he will get my battery switched, I just needed to be there by 6p to pick up my car. I was upset and asked if I can just pick up my car tomorrow because I had work. He said that would actually make everything easier and would give me an update on my car. I never received one. I got a text at 11:02a the next day with, “update: we will late you know when your car is ready” and then another one at 11:08a saying my car was ready, my car was serviced in 6 minutes? If that was the case, why did it stay there for over a day?? I tried contacting the manager again and no call back. At this point is about to be a week and I never received a call back from any manager. What do the managers do? I had to waste money on Uber on Monday and Tuesday to go to work because my car was forgotten at the dealer and the managers can’t make time to call me back? Michael needs to work on his customer service skills, I’m still waiting for a manager to call me so I can explain my experience to them.
