Here’s why I will never go back to your service department:
1. I was never notified that service was completed on my vehicle. I was unable to find my service rep and another service rep checked that my vehicle was ready.
2. I paid for the service and was given my car key but was told to wait for my vehicle. After waiting for 15 minutes, I asked an attendant about my vehicle and was told that “if you have the keys is in the parking lot”.
3. The vehicle was never washed. This has been the most horrific customer service I’ve ever experienced, this is why I will never go back to your service department.

Brought it in for one thing, turns out it was something completely unrelated, Costly, and on top when we left the dealer with our car all the warning lights suddenly came on. We had to go back to fix it yet again. No trust with the service department. I felt like we were taking advantage of. Since they couldn’t fix the problem they found the first time, took more days without a car. No communication since we had to check on the status of the day day 1 and day 2 which was supposed to be ready we were never notified.day 3 finally they gave us a call to let us know it was ready
