Miguel was horrible and lied about my tire being ok when I told him I needed it changed that same day! This was yesterday the 18th. Now today I had a flat and had to miss work and I’m stranded. He never called me while I was waiting in the lobby yesterday and I waited over 3 hours when he told me it would be an hour wait.
I’m going to escalate this immediately.
I called today suggesting a supervisor to call me and no one called me back yet. Miguel needs to be replaced and let go immediately.

Never assigned Joseph to me in the future. He suggested a wheel alignment maintenance at $124+. I purchased this car 7 months ago, the car mileage was about 23K at the time of purchase, and I only had 2k when I visited the shop. While he could not provide any information on when was the last time this specific task was completed, he just repeated that I need to get this alignment every 12k. If this task needs to be done every 12k or annually, how come this was not done before it was sold to me, and why is he telling me to do this only after I purchased this car? When I purchased this car, it has 23K, and if this maintenance task needs to be done every 12K, than this car should at least gone through this task once or twice already.

Took my car in yesterday for an oil change got a call that it would be ready the next morning so the next morning I pick up my van I then realized later that while driving that they didn't rest the milage and they didn't put the sticker That it was serviced now I'm starting to believe maybe they forgot about my van and never did the oil change there were alot of cars that day to be serviced as well
