I was actually very disappointed in my experience.I arrived around 7:50am for my 7:45am appointment and was seen at 7:58am by ruben. All i needed was A1 maintenance, and per my receipt, my “time promised” for my service to be over by 9:30am. I was picked up by family and waited at their house. When I didn’t receive any update by 10am, i decided to call myself. When i selected “get update on car getting serviced” on the phone, the person I spoke too was not very helpful. I asked for an update on my car and she asked for my phone number. When i gave it to her, she said she could not find me in the system and asked for who helped me. I told her ruben and she said he is the only one who can update me. She tried to get a hold of him but apparently couldn’t and asked if she could have him call me back. I asked if there was any way she could find any information on my car and she said no. So then i agreed to have ruben call me back. 20 minutes pass by and i still have no information on my car. I call again and the same thing happens again. I give my phone number and no one can find information on my car. I then ask for ruben and ruben is no where to be found. When asked if he can call me back, I then asked for a supervisor because this is ridiculous. I am then placed on a 5 minute hold. During this hold, i am surprisingly met with a text from ruben giving me a form to fill out about my car. When i am finally off the hold, the person on the phone said she tried getting her manager but he’s with a customer and it will take a while. She asked if she could have him call me back. Not only was ruben not answering his phone but the manager is unavailable as well? What kind of service are you running? I say yes, and hang up. I open the form sent to me and try to decline all extra services, and every time i try to submit the form it says error. Nothing is working and it’s very disappointing. I then text ruben saying the form doesn’t work but i wouldn’t like anything else other than A1 maintenance. Finally, at 10:30am, he texts me and says my car is ready for pick up. The most upsetting part about this was when i went to pick up my car, ruben did not mention any of this. He did not apologize for the delay of services and didn’t no apologize for not answering the phone. I’m not sure if he didn’t know i was trying to reach him or if he was just pretending not to know, it overall, this was an awful experience. Please do better.

Michael was extremely helpful and efficient. He had me in and out for an oil change in 30 minutes. Will definitely be requesting him for any service in the future

I had appointment at 7:40am i got ther at 7:35 my car was not done until 10:15 After I went 3 times asking what was going with my car and it was only a simple engine oil change Normally before they do it In 1 1/2hour Very desapoint this time Thinking if I return to this location again

Bryan was super awesome he always is. He has helped me in the past and going forward I am going to request him. He is honest and knowledgeable. He is great.

Anthony Ortiz is an example of great work that the rest of your staff should mimic. He has great customer service and goes above and beyond every time.

On the invoice it said tire rotation my tires weren’t rotated I don’t even know it my oil was changed .
