I was told my car alarm was in need of a part. Jonathan told me it was not in stock which means I would have to return again. I had already waited for a routine servicing over 3 and a half hours in the lounge. This is an inconvenience for me as my time is limited often. This part should have been in inventory. I went in for a simple power steering flush with my 2003 Honda CRV that i drove in. I entrusted the people at honda to handle my car with care which they did not. I ended up leaving because who ever moved my car bent the contact points in my ignition when they turned my key and did not gently pull them out after moving it. I was quoted for a 1700 dollar repair and then a 645 dollar repair because one of your workers had locked my steering wheel when they did not handle my vehicle with care. How do i drive in there on my own for a power steering fluid exchange and walk out with a 1700 dollar quote to replace my ignition switch. To top it off, none of your represnatives helped me to get my car on. I was only able to leave because I called a mechanic friend to get the car on and drive to locksmith. The repair for the ignition switch was 175 dollars. I am deeply upset and dissapointed that this was my first experience here. How can I trust your technicians to do a job when your employees grossly mishandled my vehicle with a simple car move.
