Ruben was absolutely awful at communicating. He gave me misinformation, wrong quotes by large amounts, and practically held my vehicle hostage for almost 2 weeks without answering a single phone call.
The Manager, Cristina was an absolute angel in my horrible experience with ruben. She clearly communicated with me and took over my case as Ruben was nowhere to be found. She even let me know a diagnosis wasnt done yet but was still being charged, so I had to request it again.
100% trust cristina with my future business. I will not be trusting Ruben ever again

Oscar Ortega was a great svc. Advisor. No problems with him. But I have to let u know that my “Check Tire pressure” was on when I left the svc department from only getting an oil change. I had to look for a gas station to pay money to put air in two of my tires that were low. Please let your mechanics know that in near future before they give the customer svehicle back to ck the warning signs inside the car. I went in the svc ctr without Any lights on . Only oil chg.light TYIA
