AFTER 4 1/2 hrs of waiting I went to ask Robert about what was going on. Robert wasn't there...probably at lunch so I asked if Rodrigo? could help me. He stepped outside & tried to find him to ask him something.I happened to turn around and saw a pile of paperwork with keys on Robert's desk. My paperwork and keys were there! I was frustrated not only because of the long wait but because I had waited almost a year for this part to come in. No one bothered to call me about the part had come in APRIL!!! I am the one who made the call to see what was happening.I was frustrated and he just collected the money so I forgot to see if I could get my AAA discount. Then to find my car hadn't been rinsed off was the final straw! Honestly, the service guys were nice and spoke to me kindly but the organization of procedures was lacking. Don't know what was up with parts and why they didn't call!
