Julie was somewhat rude when arriving to my vehicle. She had told me that she could make an “exception” in providing me with an oil change when I was called by the dealership to come in for service, after viewing the oil percentage. Julie made me feel somewhat uncomfortable with the overall experience as it made me feel like I was not knowledgeable on my own vehicle and when it needed to be serviced.

I went in for oil change service and was told $125 then I arrive to pick up my car was told I need 2 filters my service went to $255 no discounts was offered I left paying over $265 and I was very dissatisfied. I have a lease and don’t plan on keeping it if I will get service as such. Very disappointed!
