I had maintenance done to my car when I got it back there was a scratch in the front bumper I spoke to Christina Ortega.She sent me to get it checked they took pictures of it. Scott told me that it was going to have to leave it for 3 days to get back to Crystina I’ve been calling her for a week already left msgs emails and still has no have a chance to give me a call. This is starting to get me upset.

I was asked to leave my car till next day to fix the air conditioner. And my advisor will call me next day at 10am. 12pm. I was still waiting for the call. I had to make the call and he said that they are working, and the mechanic is on his break. I went there to pick my car at 2:30pm because I need my car for the 4th of July. They game the car just the same as I dropped it. The manager told me that they put a dye to my car and that I have to go back again in a week. I don’t have time to do this. In the meantime Iive been and still suffering without AC.
