The service itself was very good. Anthony is a great Service Representative. However, $300 to replace four spark plugs is beyond OUTRAGEOUS. Platinum coating cannot justify this type of price gouging.

I was told that my oil change would only take one hour to complete. I waited 2.5 hours and did not get a text. So I drove back to the service center and my car was already finished in the parking lot. This is horrible service. The service representative did not send me a text to come pick up my car and it was done this whole time. I hope this dealership provides more training for their service reps because this is unacceptable.

Honda service center is too overpriced. How are windshield wipers $118. Last time I told them I only wanted 1 out of 2 things they offered me and they ended up doing both and I got charged $900. They told me it would be an hour and I waited 2.5 hours. Then they left trash in my car the wheel was sticky. After I left, I heard a noise in my back tire like if something was broken. I got a message saying they forgot a lug nut on my tire. I literally could have lost a tire and ruined my car. So I had to drive back and they made me get out again and wait for them to put the lug nut back on. Probably won’t be going back again.
