Not satisfied with the service., they scratched my black rims which I specifically told the service advisor to be careful and make sure not to scratch my black wheel rims. Before leaving Honda Superstore service department I inspected and check the tires and I found out that my black rims have scratches around it, I informed the service advisor right away but I was told it was a lubricant and he started wiping them down but it showed to me that they are scratches not lubricant. I went it for a service knowing that they will take care my car but leaving the store disappointed and frustrated.

Hi Miguel I picked up my car and when I got home I noticed that the car had been rear-ended and has four small indents it has white paint on the black bumper that the paint that came from the vehicle that most likely was rear-ended, please contact me so we can view the cameras.
