I went in to Cerritos service center in 07-98-2024 for an oil change & was offered a tire rotation for free.. well after picking up my car & driving it home my SUV was making a very loud whoofing sound, on the freeway & on the streets. like if I drive a 4WD Truck!! I waited to see if noise would go away & it didn’t.. I called & made appt to take my CRV back to Cerritos & U was told It was because I didn’t maintain my service on tired & all so the style of tires! So they did a tire rotation AGAIN back to thdd we way they were. I got home made an appointment with another tire place they did the rotation & my car is noiseless!!! Im very disappointed of Cerritos:(:( I feel as though they did all this intentionally! I’m afraid of trusting Cerritos again! Thank you! Blanca E Vergara
