Be better with communication. I was there for 7 hours waiting for my car with the initial expectation of 2-3 hour service.
After service I come to find my car still needed work that I wasn’t asked if I wanted with my engine filter.

I walked in and walked out in less than an hour. I don’t know if it was due to it being Friday, but the advisor I got was totally awesome. He was extremely nice and best of all he was done with my car in a jiffy. Truly appreciate you bro. Now I can go and get my party on being worry free about my car having an oil change. Yay yay. I was very much satisfied with the quick service given the amount of maintenance needed. Less a 2 hour wait. I've sat and waited on one visit in particular for over 8 hours for a simple oil/filter change. On that visit I too had an appointment. That was very unsatisfactory! But, this visit went off without a hitch or excessive waiting time. Much appreciated! I'm was very satisfied.
