Also, when I picked up my vehicle. Thanh, was not there, but another Advisor (Joseph vargas) was another great person that helped me out. Super happy with honda!!

Miguel was very nice…. But I feel that the service I received was expensive and took longer than needed. Lastly, that same evening my right front tire separated from the rim and caused a flat. I don’t know if the service i received had anything to do with it but it seems strange on the timing.
I came in For a $40 part and ended paying almost $400 for service I may or may not have needed.

My first time that Mike helped me and he did a great helping b in helping and making sure i was satisfied. I’ll definitely be going back and asking for him. The service the reason I went was because my car needed oil change, that service was great although my car was left pretty dirty and whoever worked on my car moved everything around but even though it was a little annoying the work on the car seemed good. I did have to go back becausthey had to morder a replacement part for a recall and even thoygh it was very inconvenient since the person who made the appointment for me told me everything was going to be done the first day I took it on 8/3 gave me the wrong information. Overall I was satisfied since when I showed up on 8/3 I told Mike about an issue I was having with my alarm and he was able to get that fixed for me the second time I had to go back on 8/6 . Kuddos to Mike!
