The drivers side seat bottom is sticking out and wasn’t like that when I brought it in. The plastic area right beneath the cushion. Now I have to take off an additional day from work to bring it in and see what your employee did to it! This is very upsetting and has ruined by weekend until I can bring it back. Unacceptable! The employee had to know they did it and left it that way!

The service manager did not provide service excellence. I was owed a refund and he told me they do not do them. That they only do store credits. If I am owed a refund i should be the one to choose how I want it.
The other manager Mike made me feel stupid. He asked do you know what a store credit is? I told him yes I did and he still told me what a store credit was. How rude can you get

Nor went over recommendations service department is not
What they used to be, it’s getting worst and worst.
