You have “Mechanics” that don’t fix things correctly, and cause damage to vehicles, break other things in the process and leave the cars in worse condition than when taken to get fix. This survey is for my third trip to your service department, to have the “issues” fixed. A fourth will be required, to have original fixed and a rattle that has been cause by your mechanics. If I could I would prefer to take it elsewhere. But it will not be fair to another dealership to fix issues your mechanics are responsible for. Yet you keep sending me customer satisfaction survey without even reaching out to me to see how you can make things right. Your personnel has been rude, Arrogant an unprofessional. After this issue is finally fixed. I will never take my vehicles back to your dealership ever. And will share my experience with anyone who asks me about your dealership! Bad all around!
