I received Excellent Service by Michael Barr, He answered all my questions and was able to service my car in a timely manner. Some issues came up that where need on my Honda , but even then was great on Making it work all out. Thank You Michael for your great Service and Support.

Julie did not offer to explain anything to me at all. Didn’t phone me with any details of the service that was needed. I had to phone her, and she was very short with me. It wasn’t until I came back to pick up my car and and while waiting for Julie to become casual able a gentleman by the name of Bryan Salas offered to help me and showed me fully what was done to my car and why it was needed. Julie not so friendly either.

My oil change appointment was at 3pm and I showed up 10 to 15 minutes early. I was brought in from my car from Jonathan Romero around 3:10. I didn’t pay immediately because the printer was “jammed”. I asked when my car would be ready around 3:40 so I could wait at the mall but Jonathan Romero told me it’d be done in 30-40 minutes, so I continued to wait there. At around 4:10 or 4:20ish. I see my car come out from the garage and parked in customer parking but for some strange reason, I didn’t leave the dealership until 5:30 or so, and that’s ONLY because I got up and ASKED what the status of my car was because I saw it just sitting there but I never received a text message saying it was ready (which I normally receive) Front desk rep informed me when I asked why my car is just sitting in the lot for so long and he said that Jonathan “went home for the day”.
