This was the absolute worst service appointment I have ever had at norm reeves. Aaron Perez is the worst attendant I’ve ever worked with. Never followed up and had me waiting 8 hours for an OIL CHANGE, when I asked why “there’s no management so they slack off, it’s no one’s fault”. That’s were you’re wrong , it’s definitely not my fault but it’s 100% your fault. Seriously why is he allowed to be in customer service with excuses like this? I would never EVER want to get Aaron Perez again, absolutely ridiculous worker I’ve ever met. Even after I had all this patience didn’t give him any kind of grief he’s trying to tell me that I HAVE to wait for him to get OFF the phone so he can charge me and no one else can help me. Waited yet another 30 minutes for him to hop off the damn phone so I can finally leave home after wasting my entire day with this horrible service.

The truck i bought need to come fully equipped for the purpose a truck is bought for which is towing and carrying heavy things now they are telling me that I need to go out there to find someone to install the towing cables because they won’t do it in there what a shame on you! 1st and last vehicle I buy there… No other company does this with a brand new vehicle they barely gave me 2 years oil change and at Nissan my friend got oil changes for the lifetime of the vehicle… speechless, all my previous vehicles have had the best experience ever but Honda is uptight, service people treat you like they are way underpaid and you should be thankful for them doing you a great favor, all the customer service people the same sound like they hate their job, as much as love the truck the service and customer service is a complete turn down for me.

It wasn’t until after I got home that I realized I made an appointment in Huntington Beach instead of Cerritos. The staff there at Cerritos never let me know that. I was in and out with no problem. Thanks for making the process seamless for me.

All I'm saying is that I was not COMPLETELY satisfied. You folks are representative of the only kind of service available anymore.That is to say all that matters anymore is the bottom line. Good customer service is not a reality nor can it be anymore. Not your fault, that's just the way it is now
