He is an excellent employee. He updated us the progress of my car service. This is a big plus to him, costumer always wants to know the update this shows that Honda employee cares for their customers. Good job Honda for hiring excellent worker.

My car had oil change,brake oil and rotation from 12:20 to 2:50pm,they send me to go to pay and the person in the front desk did not one to serve me because I was not their client ,I had to wait 10 more minutes because Bryan was at lunch time,they have to be a colleagues and support each other,it was paying for my car service.They have to have good customer disposición ,in the end Bryan treated me very kindly and understood my anger.

I requested that a “next service sticker/date” be placed on the windshield and it was not. I had to ask again before I left.
I was told that my “low tire pressure” had been serviced, it was not and the light was still on when I received my vehicle.
I paid for tire rotation, and identified the tires had not been rotated by by observing marked rims in same location from when vehicle was dropped off.
This was a waste of time and now not sure if I actually received a proper oil change or just “told” it had been changed.
