First of all The advisor almost diagnosed the car as soon as I started to talk to her she started to say about the high possibility that what is going to be. How and why would she say that to me I was already overwhelmed so she made me feel worst. What she told me since the beginning it was tge diagnose and honestly I did not leave happy with the diagnostic they gave me when my car was previously doing the exact same thing for what the warranty had previously covered.so I was not happy at all with the service or the advisor.
