My experience did not go well at all with Robert. I have spoke to a few friends regarding my visit to Honda as well. I would love to speak to someone regarding my visit if you would like to contact me so that we can determine where the confusion came from. Robert blamed the gal that entered the free inspection in the system, than mentioned my “backyard mechanic” before he said I needed a reason for them to look at the car as “we can’t just take e everything apart”. I was there for a free inspection that he wanted to charge 399 for normal plugs at 100,000 and “if not needed, they would charge me for the plugs”. He was a sales man and his comments were rude. He even went as far as to say “how was I suppose to know you were here for the free inspection.” It was the first thing I said to him at the car but he didn’t want to listen, If it’s your service departments job to up sell, please let me know as that is not the way Ford treated me down the street with my daughters car. I am on disability, fixed income with a 2005 car coming for a free service and Robert treated me accordingly. Lastly, my mom bought the car brand new from you. I have been there a few times since her passing to update to my info so I asked him to change it. Gave him all the info and it’s still not updated. My name is Francine not Joanne. Joseph (Service Tech) test drove the car with me on Saturday June 29th. He was very nice and explained everything in detail. He understood my concerns unlike your employee Aaron Perez. When I dropped off and picked up my car yesterday June 2nd he informed me all was good with my car and thanked me for my business. Completely different experience than Saturday. Thank you Joseph!

By far this is the worst experience I have ever had apart from when I purchased my car there, they told me it would take 1 hour and a half, it too over 3 hours I sent a couple of messages to Ruben and he did not respond to not even one, I called the service department and they left him a message as well, no response. My car was done and waiting for me for over 30 minutes and no one notified me, I was in a time crunch, I understand people go to lunch but they have to let someone know to contact the client when the car is done and not have them wait until they are done with their lunch break. The irony of all is that I got a text after 4:000m letting me know my car is done. I took my car in at 9:20 am. I responded to the text it has been done for a while and get a response that the message is automated sent soo many hours after.
