I went in for a Smart Entry Key issue. Left my car there over night. I had to call the next day to see when my car would be ready (no one called me). When I got home, I realized one of my fob’s was not working (was working when I left my car there). So I went back the next day… Joseph tells me I would have to go back another day so they could program the fob for me. That would have been my fourth time there - for the same issue. The whole time it felt like they didn’t care. Service sucked. I wish I could go to Honda Long Beach, but since I bought my car at the Cerritos location… now I’m stuck, which is unfortunate.

My issue was not resolved. I took my car in to diagnosed. Then they tell me the part isn't available? A brand new car with a company defect and I get told the part isn't available? Who do I go to for the part Toyota? And on top of that I also take in my car to get serviced for oil change and tire rotation. And tell me why when I'm already on my way to my car, after haven gotten my keys from the representative at the Honda dealership parking, I noticed something on my back left wheel. I bent down and it's a full razor blade is lodged in the tire? I could've gotten into a serious freeway accident. And now I'm stuck with a damaged wheel I did not damage and on top of that on a leased car. How can I be satisfied with such horrendous service.
