No, I took it in for an AC:Vaporizer issue. The car was returned with a not working remote key. I was informed your technicians incorrectly connected to the wrong pins. During the process, they broke the “center console metal plates” that have to be replaced. I will be making a third trip to your dealership to rectify the issue.

just got out fr car services and when i drove the car it shows tire pressure low… so i need to go back … got nervous that the tire not being check.. pls let them thoroughly check the vehicle before endorsing it to the client… esp the computerized system. Thank you!

Service advisor Joseph Vargas was rude the second he attended us. We had questions and he would not answer them and would refuse to do any work we asked to get done on the car (Multi point inspection) When we came back to pick up the car we asked him how are breaks look and he said they where not checked which is a safety issue. He responded with very bad attitude and needs to get corrected ASAP going forward. There are many negative reviews about him online as well. And as the #1 Honda dealer you should screen and make sure all your employees give excellent customer service. I will be taking this up to corporate as well, as this is not the first time we have been lied to at this dealership about the multi point inspection being done!

The details report is confusing. It said the cabin air filter needed to be replaced and it said “Service Completed” however the filter was not replaced. It also said “service completed” on the engine filter which was also not replaced. The maintenance reminder was not reset and the TPMS warning light was on upon pickup and said pressure low and “recalibrate tpms system” All of this led me to question about the completeness of the service. I asked 2 different service advisors and both said, this is how it is, we know it is confusing.
