Customer service was bad. Your customer service representative was very rude when I dropped off car and when I picked it up. He rushed me off when I picked it up and did not even explain to me what was done with the recall service on my 2022 CRV. I do not want to be service by Joseph Vargas in the future. His people skills are poor.

Dropped off my car at my appointment time. Was told by my service advisor that he would update me and that the diagnostic would take a few hours. I never received another phone call and one hour before they closed I called back to get an update. I spoke to a different service advisor because mine was not available and he informed me that they did figure out what was wrong with my car, but they needed more time to fix it. If the car could stay overnight, it would be ready by the next day at 9 AM, the next day 9 AM came and went and I called back at 11 to try to get an update. I spoke to the operator and she let me know that my service advisor was not available and that he would give me a call back and then called once more and was not able to get a hold of him through his extension and it was not until , 1 PM that he called to let me know my car was ready. I wish there would have been more communication from my service advisor as a few hour process became 24 hours and I was left with no transportation for a lot longer than expected which would have been fine if it had been communicated so I could plan accordingly. Instead I was left getting an Uber to and from work because of a lack of communication.

Your technicians damaged my steering wheel and your management refused to accept responsibility. I will be filing a claim with my insurance for the damage your technicians cause me while performing the work. Kevin. Harris was a very arrogant individual. Who was filibustering the conversation when I was trying to explain and show him evidence to his claim of it being wear and tear. I have video and pictures from a week ago. That I will be submitting to my insurance company.
I am very displeased with your group this serviceable . Your staff has had many opportunities to make this right. I will definitely think hard when considering your dealership for future repairs for any of my cars.
