Mi brought my car in to have brake and transmission fluid changed. I was informed I had engine and transmission leaks. I was charged $2000 to have leaks sealed. My car has been sounding like a mini lawn mower ever since. I brought the car back in and was informed that there were no issues. Every day my car gets louder to the point I can’t enjoy listening to music anymore because of the loud rumbling sound. I’m 100% dissatisfied with the results of the work done!

I had a 9:40 AM appointment to address a safety recall. I waited there all day and they told me it wouldn’t be finished until the next day. They next day they called and said they couldn’t get the wheel off so they could not fix the recall issue. It made it clear to me that they did not even touch the car until the second day and let me sit there all day waiting. If they had started the work at or near my actual appointment time I could have been out of there in a couple of hours.
