You guys are usually really good with estimating the service time. I was told my oil change would take 1.5 to 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I went up to the service desk only to be told that my car has been ready for a while. I guess there was a technical issue with the text messages being sent but still, a phone call or a page would have been appreciated. Other than that I'm very satisfied with my service.

First of all Took my car for various problems , pick it up and still has the same issues. So my question is what was done? Second of all car was not washed like it was last time . Very bad service . I am upset I wasted 5 and a half hours of my time , without anything getting done .

Mr. Perez was unprofessional, rude and extremely arrogant. He lied to me knowing I would not receive the assistance I needed. I will formally submit a complaint with corporate. Today, I returned to the dealer and heard him speak to a customer just like he did to me. His “I got you” motto is a lie! When it comes down to it….He will make you wait, give you the runaround, and provide you with incorrect information! I will file a complete complaint in the coming days. He should not be working there! PERIOD!!!!

Trevor unfortunately doesn’t have customer service skills. I have been getting my vehicle serviced here at Cerritos Honda as long as I have has my Accord. Trevor has helped me in the past and it hasn’t been the best of my experiences. On my last visit a rep by name Michael was amazing, need to have more reps like Michael.

I got in my car post- maintenance. Come to realize that my tires were low. After telling mechanic after he then told me that the front tires were 12psi and the rear tires were 10psi.

Everything was going like clockwork and smoothly until the switch of service reps. Oscar was taking care of me, but I think he may have been off on Friday. My file was passed on to Joseph. He called me and informed me of the switch and I was ok with that. He stated that he would be taking care of me and that my car was ready to be picked up, and to find him at one of the desks outside. Once I arrived I noticed he was on the phone and I was going to wait. Without saying one word to him, he looked at me and (with a rude tone to me) said “another service rep can help you, I’m on the phone!”he never even bothered to maybe even ask me to wait or even give me a chance to wait for him when he told me over the phone to go to him. It could have been handled differently. Issue #2 was, when I approached Aaron who was at the desk behind Joseph. He was taking care of me and everything went smoothly so I thought. I asked to put some money down on the service then pay off the remaining balance via Sunbit, which I tend to do. He ran my license through the system and informed me that the minimum down on the repairs per sunbit was $400. I was completely ok with that and even informed him that I wanted to put $800 down. He proceeded to complete the transaction and I chose the three month option. I should have caught/noticed that the monthly’s were relatively low. When I got back to my office to continue working, I was balancing my checking account and noticed that more than $2,000 was taken out of my account when I told Aaron that I was going to put down $800. A big discrepancy there. But when I tried calling back Honda service was closed. And I thought to myself ‘how could I let this happen?’ But I signed the agreement and can’t reverse it then make an even bigger mess. I will still continue to take my car in for maintenance as Honda hasn’t ever given me a ‘different’ experience until this last time when the techs needed about 2 and a half days which I was more than ok with.

The service advisor was truthful with information about my car. The car tech did not do a good job with the services on my car. I had to bring my car back after leaving the lot. Norm Reeves is not the same at the cerritos location.
