I made an an appoinment at 7 am today. I got there early so I was first one to get service. I told adviser change engine oil and check brake pad if worn out then change. I told him let me brake pad status before change pad… I gave them my car 6:50 am then II was waiting in customer waiting area.. usually when the service begin I got text message from adviser and I could communicate… I did not get message after service begin…. After hour or so , I thought I am gonna get message for my brake status, but Adviser did not sene message or call. So I wait until 9 am…. I thought they were changing my engine oil, mulitipoing inspection plus brake pad replacement that is why take more than 2 hour…. I waited until 9:10, all the time when my vehicle is ready I always got message so I could pick up right away….. but this time adviser did not let me know even though my car’s service was done more than 30 min ago I think….. because May 23, 2023 I just changeed my engine oil, I got my car around after 1 and half hour at 8:30 and when I changed my engine oil plus brake fluid change same time I got my car back 7:40…. I always dropped my car at 7 am when service center open…so today… I did not any message or phone call from adviser until 9:10 am so I walked up to him then he said your brake pad is fine and changed oil and your car is ready… I asked him why you did not let me know when my car is ready? He said I was busy doing other work…. When I approached to him I saw him just standing in from of his workstation and chatting with coworker…. I paperwork was just sitting on his workstation. I asked him when was my car ready? He said aroung 20 minutes ago…. I think it was done way early than that….. he did not say sorry and aplogize… I told him you did not contact me even my.car was ready go and sitting in the parking lot and you do not say sorry? Then he said sorry then is that what you want to hear from me? He was like just pay and get out hear attitude….he did not give me multo loint vehecle inspection checklist affer mechanic perpormed multi poiny inspection.. there were few issues after inspection on the list, he did not explained anything about that. Today I was very disappointed with adviser who gave me un professinal service and attitude…. I absolutely do not want get service from him my next visit for my precious car service…. Time is money, he did not care about customer’s time…. Takes like 10 second to call or send text to let my vehicle ready. I got his text right after I left from Honda dealer”your vehicle ready to go home”

Didn’t feel like I was given proper attention nor greeting. Then he was on the phone while I was trying to ask questions about my vehicle. Then gave me the wrong (someone else’s) paperwork.
