I have always had excellent service. The service guy who helped me today was very rude and did not provide a solution to my tire problem. He said there is nothing wrong and nothing we can do. There had to be a solution to the problem (my tire was low after 1 day of filling it up). I was there last Friday and this was my bringing it back. At one point he called me rude. I went inside and spoke to a female I think Christine. She was lovely and said - oh yes we have to figure this out. I left my car, they removed it and found a very small leak. I felt heard by her. The gentleman was not at all interested in customer service and expected me to just leave. This has not been my experience with norm Reeves Honda. I leased my car from there over 3 years ago, bought it and have had all service completed there. I hope there is some sort of feedback provided to the guy as it was really uncalled for.
