Picked up my car and low tire pressure light was on after they rotated my tires. I took it back and they put air in tires, cleared code. Driving home the light came on again. Took it back. They checked them out and they said I needed two rear tires because supposedly they were punctured. I took it to tire shop and they said nothing wrong with them. They put air and light has not returned. Nit satisfied with your service.

Staff is not friendly, I did not get a greeting or a smile from none employee,
My appointment was at 9:20 AM at 11:30 and went to ask about the status of my car and the employee a sign to me said it will be ready in 20 minutes
My car had been parked outside the entire time. At 12:00 noon my car was brought to me, I find it hard to believe that in 30 minutes maintenance, seat Belt check and tire rotation were performed.

Ruben is the best! So sweet and genuinely cares about his customers. Being a female in her late 20’s that knows nothing about cars is intimidating going to the service department. I came in just for an oil change and found out my brake pads were pretty bad. I was expecting to hear a “sales pitch” and feel like I was just throwing additional money. But Ruben actually took the time to educate me about everything and did it kind of like a friend would do. Felt super duper comfortable being taken care of with him. Will be coming back just for his quality care.

Joseph was being very rude for no reason. Maybe he had a stressful day or something but he continued his rude way of conversating after letting him know that his behavior was not okay. We talked to the manager Christina and she was amazing and continued assisting us. Joseph needs some training on professionalism and what ever he might be going through not let it reflect at work because the times he used and after letting him know he still continued is not okay in any customer service job. I was recommended to this Honda because my partner has been a long customer here but after this situation we might have to consider another Honda service facility.

My AC is not blowing cold air then I was charge $ 3,524.86. Because the agent said that the problem will not be fixed if not replace this and that. I guess that’s the way Honda takes care of Honda clients by overly charging the customers.

When I left after my service was done ,whoever took my car parked it in the parking lot obviously hit the car in front of it with my car and no one I've been said nothing until I went to get my car noticed for the car had white paint on it in front of me and obviously my car had paint everywherei couldn't believe the person who parked my car bumped into the car in front of me and paint was everywhere thank God he didn't damage my car cuz I would have been really not and I would have had Honda fix my car and one of the employees said there's cameras up there and you could look at the cameras
