Came in for an oil change and you guys dont top off any fluids even the window washer fluif gets filled up w water only no windshield fluif not worth the wait at jiffy lube they at least use washer fluid unlike you guys just water and my car is ready in 25 min im seriously considering not going to honda dealership anymore

I agreed to an additional $750 in service and left my car there all day mostly because there were seatbelt recalls to be addressed. I was told they involved the latch system which my newborn son uses. After reviewing the invoice only the driver seat buckle was changed out. I immediately called and asked if the latch system was inspected and if I could get some written proof that the inspection was done. I was told my service representative would call me back later that day and it never happened. After spending $1000 to service my vehicle I wish that I had gone to a different Honda dealership that would have followed up on my request. I’ll make sure to avoid Norma Reeves in the future

Appt was 10:20. Checked in: 10:15. For recall (Honda estimate that the repair will take approx 20mins to complete) and change oil since I already there…. It was ridiculous waiting… got check out @ 3:41p per receipt time. Recall + change oil 5 1/2 hrs! Jesus Christ!!!!

It would have been nice if he apologize; instead, he lied about it. I felt service treatment is different if I don't have a 'paid' repair service! Sorry for I've been a big Norm Reeves Service fan!
