Wait time was over 2 hrs even though I had an appointment for 7am. And then my car was done for at least 20 minutes before I finally had to ask a random person because the original service rep and was gone and he then confirmed that yes those keys that been sitting on the original service rep’s desk are yours. Norm reeves Honda needs to be more mindful of people’s time. Especially if I make an appointment it just doesn’t make any sense, that all the walks ins before me got serviced before I was.

Even though there was another upset customer biting at his ear screaming at him because they were taking a long time on her car, he still kept his cool and patiently tried to give the customer the reasons, though the customer was not listening due to her yapping and screaming, I liked the way he managed the situation and at the same time attend to process my paperwork.
