Not one person smiled while I was there. Aaron had me waiting at the counter with my walker while he was on the phone, which is not all that bad, except he didn't acknowledge I was even there or ofacfer an apology. He even forgot who I was. I was only there for an hr. Maintenance left my car in disarray, cushions thrown aside, changed the channel on the radio, and didn't adjust the seats back to where I had them. Didn't even help me get my walker in the car, but just walked away leaving me standing there. The last time I was there everyone was courteous and the experience was very pleasant. Not this time!

Aaron Perez was a pleasure to work with. However, I had to callback twice because something else happened to my car. Aaron was not at work. I requested to speak the service manager on two different occasions. I never received a callback either day. To me that is very poor customer service. If it were not for Aaron I would rate the customer service as terrible. I don’t believe the managers are setting a very good example for Cerritos Honda.

I made this appointment being told that all my concerns could be looked at in this appointment that was offered to me. When I got there I was told by the gentlemen that helped me that it was too late in the day at 1 pm to look at my Bluetooth concerns in my car. Then I was not called when my car was done I had to call and it was close to closing time. Would not have been given time to get to get my car. Also, a filter could have been changed when they did my oil change but the advisor did not call me and give me the option to replace it with a new one. I feel like my service was not given the attention it should have and communicated with me better. A bit disappointing because I was told I can bring my car back another time to get these things looked at and changed. Not convenient when you have a baby.
